The professional public and the general public are cordially invited to the prestigious entomological event, which annually ranks among the most important meetings in the field. The Congress Centre of the Hotel Olympik Tristar will provide facilities for international exchange days, a professional exhibition of prepared and live insects and a presentation of entomological collections from different parts of the world.
The event includes a wide range of collecting material, exchange and sale of specimens (beetles, butterflies, spider moths, scarecrows, etc.), specialized tools for field collection and preparation, as well as specialist literature. The exhibition is complemented by an educational section for the public and demonstrations of insect specialties for those interested in entomophagy.
The event serves as a space for establishing international contacts, sharing knowledge and presenting the results of amateur and professional research. Collectors, researchers, educators, science students and the general public interested in invertebrate biology and systematics are welcome.
